try to change the rights on those directories to give yourself full rights. pcsx uses your user profile for access, so if you're not an admin, could be the prob. Go to config>plugin bios selector and make sure the directory for plugins and bios aren't mapped weirdly and the folder isn't set to compressed or anything. i used it on my old laptop but since the games were lagging real bad i didn't use it again.
i already knew this emulator for a while now. i am having issues with pcsx2 since i downloaded it.

I really do not understand what happens when i try to start an iso file, it tells me that the file path not found was not found and this says in the bios: pcsx2 1.4.0 20160105132032 compiled on jan 5.
